LIMITED 2 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Limited Warranty:  S2dio LLC warrants to original purchasers only that this S2dio LLC product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase of the product.  In the event, any warranted product or any part thereof fails to operate properly for its intended use, and only if such failure is due to a defect in material or workmanship, S2dio LLC, or its authorized representative, in its sole discretion and election, shall either repair or replace such defective part or product with a reasonably equivalent new or remanufactured part or product.  Proof of original purchase must accompany all warranty claims. Repair or replacement of such defective part or product shall be the exclusive remedy under this limited warranty.

 

Exclusions From Coverage:  This limited warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, neglected, exposed to water, sand, dirt, or the weather, subjected to food or liquid spills, involved in any type of collision or accident, altered or otherwise damaged outside of normal use and service, including acts of God.  This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, defects in appearance, cosmetic scratches or other cosmetic damage to surfaces that do not inhibit proper operation of the product.

 

Limitations:  S2DIO LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY.  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY LIMITS ANY SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY.

 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
